- How do I purchase plants?
Buyers may purchase plant material by contacting Palm and Cycad Exchange either by phone or by email through this site. Also by visiting the garden. Palm and Cycad Exchange will only accept cash, money order, check, or cashier's check. Sorry, no credit cards.Back to top
- What if you don't have what I'm looking for on your website?
If we don't have something in our inventory, we will do our best to locate palms and cycads from other growers in the area and make them available to our clients.Back to top
- What are your delivery terms?
Most plants are viewed, purchased, and picked up at the garden, and most of our palm and cycad clients are within driving distance of the garden in the southern California and Arizona area. Contact Palm and Cycad Exchange for the address. If confidentiality is of concern on brokered material, the seller can deliver the plants to a prescribed location by appointment, and the buyer can pick up the plants at a prescribed location by appointment. If this is impossible, alternative shipping or delivery services may be arranged at the buyer's expense.Back to top
- What is the sales tax and brokerage fee on plant material?
All non-resale buyers shall be subject to current California sales tax on all plant material as required by law. The standard brokerage fee for all sales transactions shall be between 10%-15% of the selling price. Additional fees may be incurred if additional services are required. The brokerage fee shall be paid by the selling party and shall be deducted from the selling price. Back to top
